? HOW TO UNZIP A FILE:
? After downloading the product, you just have to click right on the zip file you have purchased and extract the images and cliparts on the location of your choice from the hard disk of your computer.
Personally, I use the program Winzip to unzip my files but you can use anyother unziping program.

Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds will be accepted. If a item is accidentally purchased twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase.
